I'm left on the street with no way of going back home because of your software issues. Your customer service team did nothing to help and asked me to pay extra 70 euro, which I don't have, to change a reservation 1 minute after the booking was made. This is against any consumer law across the EU and UK and it's plain cruel

I can not recommend enough I had to change my journey in the last Minute from France, I did found very easy to navigate, got the best price for 4 adults and 2 dogs got the email with the reference number that was all, not even had to print it all sorted.
